  Helps Protect Your Mattress Warranty

• Product Care & Use: Pillow Protector

  Please wash and tumble dry the protector before using it the first time as this softens the product, improves the flexibility and eliminates any packaging odors.

   

  Washing:

  1. Please do NOT use any bleach, bleach alternatives, non-chlorine bleach or any bleach by-products in the detergent, as this will destroy the polyurethane lining on the back of the mattress protector.
  2. The Pillow Protector can be washed along with other items, such as towels or linens
  3. The Pillow Protector can be washed in Hot water. (We recommend a heat of 7 out of 10, with ten being hottest.)
  4. Please do NOT dry clean your pillow protector.

   

  Drying:

  1. Please dry together with some other bed linen or towels. The pillow protector can be tumble dried on a medium heat for about 40 minutes (longer if needed - depending on your dryer)
  2. Careful drying will prevent blistering of the lining. If blisters do form from overheating of the dryer, please discontinue using the protector and contact us, as these blisters will split open and lead to the pillow protector leaking.

   

  Installing the Pillow Protector:

  1. Wash and tumble dry the pillow protector before using it the first time as this softens the product, improves the flexibility and eliminates any packaging odors.
  2. Install the Pillow Protector just like a pillow case, with the Terry Cloth Fabric facing Up.

  Safety Shield Mattress Protectors and Pillow Protectors are designed to extend the life of your mattress by protecting it from allergens and stains that can soil or damage your mattress and also void the manufacturer's warranty.

   

  At Safety Shield we are commited to producing the highest quality products available, which is why we offer a full 10 Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects to the mattress protector. This warranty is to assure you that should there be any damage to the mattress protector due to regular use, that we will replace the protector.
