Mattresses & Foundations

Adjustable Bases
While we do not offer returns on our adjustable bases, we do stand behind their quality. If you have any questions or concerns with your adjustable base please call us and we will help you get the issue resolved right away.
Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers & Other Products
Due to the personal nature of such items as pillows we do not accept returns on these products. However if a product is delivered damaged or is defective we stand behind our products as they each carry a warranty to protect your investment.
Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased a Diamond Mattress product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return policies of that retailer.
