Individually wrapped coils are the most popular coil support system on the market. They provide individualized comfort by contouring to your body perfectly. They also do not transfer motion so you can sleep undisturbed even if your partner moves at night.
Individually wrapped coils move independently and are in their encased in separate pockets so they can contour precisely to each person and provide, deep, comforting pressure relief

Traditional bonnel innersprings have been the main innerspring unit for 100 years. They offer durable pressure relief and last for years. However, they don’t offer the amazing motion separation or individualized contouring of a wrapped coil support system.
Bonnel coils are linked together with a helical wire which creates a stable feel and durability, but is more prone to motion transfer than a wrapped coil support system.
With a bonnel support system, the comfort layers of the mattress reduce motion transfer and are more important for contouring pressure relief than is the case for a wrapped coil. |

| Overall, individually wrapped coils offer superior comfort and pressure relief than a traditional bonnel coil system. Although a bonnel coil can be very comfortable when paired with the proper pressure relieving comfort layers, an individually wrapped coil is superior due to its ability to provide individualized contouring and motion separation for undisturbed rest. |
