Diamond Mattress is looking for a customer service representative to help with any needs that arise with our retailers and end consumer.  We are looking for an organized individual that can multi-task, operate Microsoft Office excel and outlook, as well as prioritize and offer insight and guidance to improve processes and maintain the company culture. This individual will serve customers by processing orders and coordinating with customers, provide product and service information, as well as resolve product and service problems. 




  • Work directly with customers to solve all of their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Process sales orders and billing.
  • Process warranty complaints. This includes working directly with end consumers and helping them to solve their potential problem.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Recommends potential products or services to customers by recognizing their potential needs and having knowledge of what our company has to offer.
  • Answers phones efficiently and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Prepare various reports for management and the office team.
  • Help with other departments as needed.
