Job Description:
This position is responsible for delivering and unloading mattresses at retail stores. The driver is responsible for helping to load trucks alongside the shipping staff, and delivering to retail stores. The driver is also responsible for maintaining all paperwork and collecting COD money from the retailers.
Experience & Other Requirements
Qualifications:
Class A Driving License, bi-lingual in Spanish and English, willingness to work hard, learn our procedures and be part of the Diamond Team.
Education and/or Experience:
2 years experience as a Class A driver working with 53' trailers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
- Deliver products on time and in good condition
- Call customers when late for a delivery
- Be courteous and professional with all customers
- Maintain accurate paperwork
- Collect all money specified on COD orders
- Partner with AR and the office to assist customers with deliveries
- Ensure returns are processed and picked up without being damaged
